I am the President of Integrity Mortgage. I’m actively working as an experienced mortgage advisor, I am the lead MLO for Team Integrity. We’ve been in business for 25 years as a leading mortgage broker. I was just awarded the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), Mortgage Broker of the Year 2022 for the west. Our company currently helps hundreds of homeowners each year with their purchase mortgages. We maintain contact with our clients after close of escrow and treat their mortgage as a loan under our active management. Every client is offered a financial review on their loan-anniversary!
My wife Cynthia and I have been together over 20 years and married for 19 years. We have eight adult children and nine grandchildren. We treasure our time with family, we also share a passion for cooking, wine tasting, short trips to the coast or Lake Tahoe and touring botanical gardens. Daily walks together are a common event with our Havanese named Fluffy.I also give back to the community in many ways. I am very active in rotary and my favorite activity for over thirty years is being a college and high school baseball umpire.
My why is personal. I know how important home ownership is to help a family have security and build family wealth.

I have been asked many times, “Sean, why are you moving back to California?” The answer was always the same, I wanted to be closer to friends & family. I was fortunate enough to have a 23-year career in the Coast Guard and finally decided it was time to hang up my boots. My immediate task was to find something that would be personally fulfilling and provide me the opportunity to utilize the skills I developed during my time in the Coast Guard, while having a positive impact on others.
Becoming a trusted mortgage advisor at Integrity Mortgage allows me to achieve all three. As an Integrity Mortgage trusted mortgage advisor, I have a fiduciary duty to always keep our borrowers’ economic interests as my highest priority. In other words, I am required to do my absolute best to provide borrowers with loan options tailored specifically to meet their financial goals. I am also charged with helping educate borrowers about the home buying process, providing guidance on credit improvement, and building relationships with our borrowers to become their lifetime personal debt advisor. Leveraging “good debt” against “bad debt” has enabled me to help clients achieve home ownership and improve their financial health.
When I’m not in the office, I am most likely spending time with my wife, Kristin, sons Jack and Brody and my daughter Avery. I like to stay active by going to the gym, swimming, and paddle boarding in nearby Lake Natoma.

In addition to joining Integrity mortgage, I have been the broker / owner of Kinkaid Insurance Services since 2014. Where I focus on property and casualty insurance for homes and businesses. I use that knowledge of home risks to offer a broader scope of expertise when putting together a home loan.
I currently live in El Dorado Hills with my 2 teenagers, Olivia and Blake and our leopard gecko, Mochi. When I am not busy funding home loans you can find me kicking some booty at the boxing gym with my kids, building Legos with my son or shopping with my daughter. My favorite personal activity is reading a book that will give me innovative ideas and expand my mind.
