Mike Miklaus is one of the most tenured and experienced mortgage banking professionals in the industry. Having started his career in banking and lending in 1972, Mike has been, and remains one of the most sought after top level mortgage banking executives. Mike’s vast lending experience places him at the top in the State of California when it comes to getting transactions approved and closed.
Mike’s storied career spans:
- Being hired as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Capital Federal Savings and Loan, a 35 branch Northern California Savings Bank.
- Specifically appointed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to the position of President of Sutter Butte Savings Bank.
- Named Regional Vice President of a San Diego Federal Savings Bank.
Today Mike is the President and Principal Broker of Integrity Mortgage, a leading mortgage company based in Sacramento. Integrity Mortgage serves homebuyers and current property owners in the entire state of California in need of mortgage financing.
Mike is also a licensed real estate broker, and an often-requested media expert on mortgage interest rates and housing finance trends. Mike is a published author and contributor to Comstock Magazine and Executive Place Magazine. Mike is a recipient of the Five Start Mortgage Broker Award issued by Sacramento Magazine.
When Mike is not helping borrowers and homeowners with their financing needs, he can be found on the baseball diamond as an umpire for High schools and area community colleges. This unique vocation began when Mike started umpiring Little League games thirty years ago.
Mike is married to Cindy Miklaus, his amazing wife for more than 14 years. Between them, they have eight adult children. Some of their most treasured memories come from the time they spend with their eight grandchildren.
Relaxation for the happy couple comes in the form of mini trips throughout Northern California, wine tasting, and touring botanical gardens.
